We are The Stair Guys, independent staircase measuring and sourcing specialists, and we wrote this guide. If you want your space measured or a staircase quoted, use the form below. We survey the real space and never work off a plan. No obligation, no pressure, and if another supplier is a better fit we will tell you.
We cover our own area directly. If your project is outside it, we work with a small number of trusted staircase makers across England and Wales, and we will pass your enquiry to a good one near you so you are still looked after. If you would rather we did not, just say so in your message and we will keep it to ourselves. We never sell your details, and we only ever share them to get your staircase sorted.
Who we are for, and who we are not
If price is the only thing that matters to you, we will say it plainly: The Stair Guys are probably not the right choice. We come to site and measure the real space, we sign off the drawings with the manufacturer, and we will not deal with makers who import most of their timber without saying where it came from. That is a proper service, and it has a cost. Use this site all you like, it is free. But for the job itself, we will not be the cheapest.
